We have substantially reduced the saturated fat and calories without compromising flavor. These special recipes meet or exceed The American Heart Association recommendations for a low-fat and low-cholesterol healthy lifestyle. These entrées will include a fresh baked roll and salad with dressings. Fat-free dressings are available on request. We suggest adding low-fat rice pilaf or steamed vegetables.
